Chautuileo Tranamil sees herself as part of the glue in a broken society. For her we speak of impact when people are aware of their own capabilities, and they can reposition themselves in their family, work, community, city, and other surroundings. Chautuileo brings in the Indigenous Cosmovision to decipher the relation we have to one another and to view the different societal challenges. To her it’s very important that people take a good look at themselves and create a genuine intention to do better. Chautuileo wants to support them by sharpening their thinking, empowering their souls, and building their minds. But without participation, the redesign of visions will not work and so she thrives for bold and flourishing bottom-up leadership and building communities in which can celebrate new learnings with joy, bravery, and co-creation.
