Already a couple of years ago, Andrej Šmid started planning energy efficient and low-carbon footprint buildings which led to the development of the ZeroMinus Manifesto in 2021. Only two years later, Andrej and his team started constructing the respective buildings. They want to provide higher standards that are necessary for better living in buildings: energy efficient, low carbon emission, and good vapour transmission through the hull.
