Erik van Wijk had had a truly international career. From Environmental Engineer to Managing Director to Entrepreneur and Organisational Culture Transformation consultant, he has gained a deep understanding of complex interrelated challenges and systems. Through his company TheValueFactory, Erik is developing future-fit ecosystems for public and private stakeholders as building blocks of a thriving society. He specialises in planning for, quantifying, organising, and implementing sustainable social impact development and has developed unique expertise in measuring and quantifying culture development processes for teams, organisations, and communities. It is Erik’s vision that humanity will thrive. The only way to forward, he believes, is to collectively commit to putting social value over financial. To achieve this, he advocates for transparent progress measurement for social value, building social value capabilities, and radical collaboration all the way from the local to global level.
