Andreas Eberhardt has worked for the Villingen-Schwenningen city administration for 25 years, until recently in organisational development. He worked in the optimisation of the structural and procedural organisation in the Haupt- und Personalamt (main and personnel department) of the municipality. Since then, he has been responsible for various aspects of the project management office: developing and implementing guidelines, training employees in project management methods, and coordinating administrative projects.
