My first action as the mayor of my city is…besides all the complexity and ambitious administration processes. Identify 3 main focus areas in the field of Green City, innovation and digitalization in the built environment and how to improve the quality for and with the citizens. To build up on this I would critically reflect the administrative process and start to define Key Performance Indicators to become more efficient – the time is running.
